About the role
EY-Parthenon is seeking multiple positions as Transaction Diligence - Transaction Analytics Managers. This role involves providing data analytics-driven solutions to enhance client decision-making, including financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side engagements.
Responsibilities
- Develop methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to build sophisticated transaction-driven analysis.
- Present findings to clients and leadership in a clear and understandable manner.
- Research industry trends and technologies, as well as seasonal and cyclical cash flow requirements to provide clients with knowledge and insight.
- Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
- Cultivate business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
- Alternatively, Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 3 years of related work experience.
- 3 years of experience leveraging accounting skills, of which 1 year must be in a mergers and acquisition-oriented environment.
- 3 years of combined experience analyzing data for financial due diligence and/or audit.
- 3 years of experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, or other software to perform data analysis intelligence and reporting functions.
- 3 years of experience with one or a combination of the following: Data visualization, Data Management, Analytics Platforms, Statistical Packages, and Programming languages.
- Domestic travel up to 50% may be required to serve client needs.
Qualifications

$169,541.00 per year.
Schedule
Full-time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
