Extrusion Associate 1st Shift

About the role

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products. The position is full-time and operates on a 2-2-3 work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards.
• Ensures product consistency and standards including but not limited to proper counts, packing patterns, and labels.
• Maintains paperwork as required.
• Performs online quality inspections.
• Operates packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch.
• Related machine operation experience.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts, and bend and lift.
• Basic Math skills.
• Ability to read English and quality test product.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to understand and follow safety policies.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Additional Information

Cornerstone Building Brands offers competitive compensation, including a base pay of $16 per hour with an additional $2.50 per hour shift differential for night shifts.
