Expert Opportunity - Plant Manager ($90/hr, up to $1,800/week)

About the Role

We're partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to identify experienced plant managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. Candidates should have 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations management to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows:

• Production capacity models
• Bill of materials packages
• Root cause failure analysis reports
• Equipment maintenance schedules
• Quality control inspection checklists
• Supplier qualification packages

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for technical operations workflows

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations, with direct ownership of production capacity planning, bill of materials packages, or quality control processes
• Working knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards used in regulated manufacturing environments
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations management

Pay

$90/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
