About the role

Oversee all aspects of a 24x7, 4-shift non-union aluminum melting operation. Directly manage 2 Supervisors and 4 Team Leads, with approximately 50 hourly employees reporting into the leadership structure.

Responsibilities

• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including quality, safety, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement (CI) projects across the facility.
• Establish leadership stability and accountability across all departments to support the site's rapid growth trajectory.
• Maintain a hands-on, floor-driven presence to ensure operational excellence and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a BS degree, or 15+ years of experience without a degree.
• Direct experience in metal melting operations — rotary furnace experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated strong safety background with a floor-driven leadership approach.
