Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Directs production and ensures cost effectiveness
- Affirms our quality meets and satisfies all customer expectations
- Affirms effective customer service and relations through timely delivery of quality products
- Selects, trains, develops and motivates plant staff to maintain and continuously improve operations
- Responsible for the management of food safety, legality and quality
- Maintains plant property, equipment, contracts, leases and records to ensure compliance with USDA
- Affirms compliance of all plant operations with company policy and federal, state and local regulations
- Affirms accuracy of operating reports to management, reporting current production status, plant cost, yield, maintenance and repairs and other variable cost
- Complies with BRCGS policies
