Pay

$130,000.00 – $140,000.00 USD annually plus bonus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 8+ years’ experience in food manufacturing
• 5+ years’ experience as a Production Manager, Plant Manager, or Operations Manager in a food production plant
• Experience in food dehydration preferred
• Flexibility to work with all shifts as needed
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to achieve results through mentoring others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
