Expert Client Advisor, Men's Ready-to-Wear - Topanga

Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated Expert Client Advisor for Men's Ready-to-Wear with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our worldly clientele. Our Expert Client Advisors are Ambassadors to the brand, with a special focus on a category, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. We strive to discover our clients and their every need, and to guide them across the brand. We deliver the best client experience and convey passion for the product in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the “go to” person in-store for any needs related to selling and clienteling techniques, specific to your category.
• Partner with your manager and provide vital feedback to drive the business forward.
• Communicate corporate strategies and relevant business information to the team through morning briefings, trainings, and 1:1 coaching.
• Assist in observation of the team during the selling ceremony and partner with them to introduce your product category.
• Lead by example in the management of your own portfolio of clients and demonstrate outstanding clienteling options.
• Drive the Men's Ready-to-Wear business in-store with a focus on product expertise, client development, and training on new launches.
• Maintain a high level of storytelling, excellent interpersonal skills, and remain a top seller in the category.
• Encourage positive relationships with clients and demonstrate outstanding product knowledge, particularly in Exotics.
• Exhibit highly analytical and commercial ability.

Requirements

• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and its exceptional categories.
• Experience in sales leadership and a track record as a top seller in your area of expertise.
• Strong product knowledge, particularly in Exotics.
• Outstanding interpersonal and clienteling skills.

Pay

Hourly rate within the range of USD $27/hr - $31/hr plus commission.
