Expert Client Advisor, Men's Ready to Wear

About the role

Our Louis Vuitton King of Prussia Men's is seeking a highly motivated Expert Client Advisor for Men's Ready-to-Wear with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our worldly clientele. Our Expert Client Advisors are Ambassadors to the brand, with a special focus on a category, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. We strive to discover our clients and their every need, and to guide them across the brand. We deliver the best client experience and convey passion for the product in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the “go to” person in-store for any needs related to selling and clienteling techniques, specific to the Men's Ready-to-Wear category.
• Partner with your manager and provide vital feedback to drive the business forward.
• Communicate corporate strategies and relevant business information to the team through morning briefings, trainings, and 1:1 coaching.
• Assist in observation of the team during the selling ceremony and partner with them to introduce your product category.
• Lead by example in the management of your own portfolio of clients and demonstrate outstanding clienteling options.
• Drive product expertise for Men's Ready-to-Wear.
• Drive the Men's Ready-to-Wear business in-store.
• Conduct product training and support new launches.
• Develop client profiles and foster client development.

Requirements

• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand, its exceptional categories, and its DNA.
• High level of story‑telling ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience encouraging positive relationships with clients.
• Outstanding product knowledge in Exotics.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Expectation to be a sales leader and consistently remain the top seller in the Men's Ready-to-Wear category.

Pay

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $25‑$32 plus the opportunity for commission.
