Experiential Marketing Tour Driver

About the role

Award-winning Aardvark Studios is seeking an experienced Experiential Marketing Tour Driver to join our dynamic team. This position involves driving custom commercial vehicles, setting up and breaking down activations, and delivering memorable experiences for clients across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain custom commercial vehicle (DOT) - 26' box truck or trailer
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety
• Perform daily event setup & breakdown including opening/closing custom vehicle, event set-tents/tables/chairs/signage etc.
• Coordinate site logistics for loading/unloading
• Troubleshoot and overcome challenges as they arise
• Submit daily reports and track expenses
• Take and submit activation photos
• Manage inventory

Requirements

• Preferred 2+ years experience driving oversized vehicles
• Clean driving record
• "Of Service" mindset
• Friendly, optimistic, self-motivated personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Mechanically & technically inclined
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly
• Event Marketing experience preferred but not required
• DOT Med Card a plus!
