Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic execution of experiential marketing campaigns across music and brand programs to amplify audience engagement and maximize cultural impact.
- Manage end-to-end project tracking, including purchase orders, invoices, and comprehensive budget documentation, ensuring seamless fiscal accountability.
- Collaborate as a consultative partner with internal creative and branding teams to streamline workflow alignment and deliver cohesive event assets.
- Formulate data-driven proposals and post-event recap decks to communicate campaign performance and key optimization insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in experiential marketing or event strategy, ideally within a tech or entertainment agency or in-house brand setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Gmail) to construct strategic presentations, workflows, and process tracking mechanisms.
- Prominent track record navigating ambiguous, dynamic environments to independently uncover solutions and drive cross-functional projects to completion.
- Strong foundational knowledge of music, entertainment, and cultural trends, paired with exceptional interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for event activations, 30-40% per year for events and programs.
