About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Experiential Designer to join our team!

This position can be located in the Nashville, Tampa or Denver office.

Applicants can expect to work in a casual corporate office setting offering opportunities to collaborate with and learn from a diverse group of talented individuals.

A hybrid work schedule with three days in the office is an option.

Responsibilities

  • Loves the challenge of delivering design solutions that work just as great as they look!

  • Creates tailored customer experiences that make an emotional connection.
  • Drives the understanding of the complete customer journey for an elevated experience.
  • Crafts a visual hierarchy strategy, that results in a harmonious experience within complex spaces.
  • Stays at the forefront of industry trends and technology, researching innovative solutions.
  • Applies your years of expertise to analyze the context of the project’s needs to understand BOTH the client’s objectives and priorities as well as identify the project challenges.
  • Uses a full complement of design tools such as hand sketching, photo rendering, and 3D modeling, communicate the project concepts in a manner that makes it easy for the client to say “yes.”
  • Offers critical thinking that finds the key to unlocking the wayfinding logic making a tangible difference in the customer’s journey.
  • Embraces the opportunity to innovate and collaborate with our architects, engineers, interior and landscape designers, technology and other design disciplines to create integrated alignment of all design elements.
  • Leverages your working knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques in ways that celebrate the design concepts.
  • The ability to accurately document and detail your creation so nothing is lost as it is being transformed into reality.
  • Wants to go, see and do things as you travel to meet with our clients and show how we solve their design challenges with great solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, architecture or related field of study from an accredited university
  • Minimum 10 years of job-related design experience
  • Excellent skills using Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  • Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Suite
  • Familiarity with Revit and SketchUp software is a plus
