Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record of generating revenue and driving new business in previous sales-focused roles.
- Industry Experience: Experiential industry experience is required. Candidates without direct experiential marketing, events, brand activations, sponsorship, or related experiential sales experience will not be considered a fit.
- Schedule: This opportunity is fully onsite in Brooklyn, NY, Monday through Friday.

Compensation
$90K – $95K base salary (no commission)
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a sales or revenue-generating account management role.
- Skills: Strong ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new business; experience owning the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through execution; comfortable operating in a highly client-facing, fast-paced environment; background in experiential, events, partnerships, or venue sales is highly preferred.
- Responsibilities: Proactively identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities including brand partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential activations; own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial outreach through negotiation and contract execution; maintain a strong conversion rate, consistently driving new revenue; build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients and brand partners; target organizations seeking innovative experiential marketing and venue solutions; track pipeline activity, providing clear reporting and forecasting aligned to revenue goals; serve as the primary point of contact for clients across all engagements; manage communication and expectations before, during, and after activations; partner cross-functionally with internal teams (production, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution; oversee contracting process and ensure all deliverables are executed to scope; track revenue performance, pipeline progress, and sales outcomes for leadership visibility; ensure financial accuracy across deals and support commission tracking where needed.
