Position Overview
We are hiring experienced Solar Closers (Veterans Only) who are ready to operate with true independence and high earning potential. This is a full-cycle closing role designed for professionals who:
- Know how to run a full in-home or virtual solar presentation
- Understand financing (TPO, PPAs, loans)
- Can confidently guide homeowners from consultation → close
This is NOT an entry-level role. We are only looking for proven closers who can produce immediately.

What You’ll Do
- Full-Cycle Sales
- Run in-home or virtual consultations
- Analyze homeowner energy usage and needs
- Present solar solutions with clear ROI
- Closing Guide customers through financing options (TPO, PPA, loan)
- Handle objections and close deals confidently
- Maintain ethical, education-first sales approach
- Pipeline Ownership
- Manage your own leads and pipeline
- Self-source (preferred) or leverage provided opportunities
- Track deals from consultation → install
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 2+ years solar experience (minimum 1 year closing)
- Strong understanding of TPO / solar financing structures
- Proven ability to close deals independently
- Ethical, consultative sales approach
- Self-sufficient and disciplined
Preferred
- Based in Illinois
- Experience with in-home sales environments
- Strong self-generated lead ability
Compensation & Earnings
100% Commission-Based (1099) Uncapped earnings
High-ticket deals = strong per-close payouts
Expected Earnings: $150,000 – $300,000+ annually (for proven closers)
