Salary Range

Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour + gratuities

Essential Functions

• Provide a full-service dining experience, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and restaurant guests.
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, cocktails, wine, and beer selections.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining, and service areas.
• Accurately process guest payments following established procedures.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.
• Support team members by assisting with drink preparation and service needs.
• Restock bar and service areas, ensuring all items are properly stored and readily available.
• Promote specials, events, and upsell menu offerings.
• Address guest needs promptly and professionally to enhance the overall experience.
• Report maintenance or operational concerns to management.

Additional Responsibilities

• Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
• Ensure all cash handling and end-of-shift procedures are completed accurately.

Education And Experience

Previous experience as both a restaurant server and a bartender is required.

Skills And Abilities

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in indoor/outdoor conditions as needed.
