Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about ingredients or specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations Skills And Qualifications Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred Must have previous Bartending experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work during the PM shifts and weekends if required Basic math skills for handling transactions Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset We foster a supportive and inclusive work environment where growth and development are encouraged.
