Experienced Remote Online Notary

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote notarial acts using digital tools and technology in compliance with Florida state laws
• Verify the identity of signatories and ensure the integrity of the signing process
• Handle a variety of documents, including but not limited to legal and financial transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients
• Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations
• Maintain detailed records of notarial acts
• Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of software and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Remote position - must be a permanent resident of Florida
• Certified Remote Online Notary Public in the State of Florida
• At least 1 year of experience performing remote online notarizations
• Must maintain E&O Insurance Policy
• Must be available during regular business hours
• Minimum of 10 hours per week of availability required
• Strong understanding of the technologies used in remote online notarization
• Able to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to analyze and assess situations effectively
• Able to work independently while contributing to team efforts
