This is an onsite position at our Austin TX Rate Genius office.
Job Summary
This position will support the Funding Department by working both individually and as part of a team to facilitate the auto loan closing process. The individual in this position will possess extensive knowledge of the processing steps needed to get auto loans closed on time and accurately while upholding Tresl’s mission, vision, and values. The E-Notary is specifically responsible for completing online signing sessions with customers. This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently obtaining the signature and notarization of necessary documents for the lenders and DMV. Already a notary is a benefit but not required. We will get your notary license upon hire.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Print and prepare loan packages for lender and DMV documents.
- Thoroughly review for quality of files to ensure all information is correct prior to signing session.
- Troubleshoot, resolve customer concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
- Consistently meet department quality, service, and production standards that promote customer satisfaction and company growth.
- Manage specific service level agreements to meet business timelines.
- Ensure appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate filing system.
- Maintain knowledge of Auto Loan Services processes, procedures, and guidelines including staying informed on industry compliance and regulation standards.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ability to operate multiple hardware products.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the organization.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given and prescribed routines.
- Strong organizational, time management skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to cross-check material for completeness and accuracy.
- Understanding of customer-sensitive information protection protocols.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensing: Texas Notary License-will be provided upon hire (if not already obtained).

Pay
This position pays $19 to $21 per hour based upon experience.
Schedule
- Training 8-5 for two weeks.
- Schedule Monday- Friday- 9am - 6pm.
- Rotating Saturday's twice a month from 9 am-1 pm.
