Responsibilities
- Bathroom remodeling and renovations
- Deck repairs, refurbishing, and rebuilds
- Drywall installation, patching, texturing, and finishing
- Interior and exterior carpentry
- Trim, doors, windows, and cabinetry work
- Tile installation and repairs
- Painting and finishing work
- Moderate residential plumbing repairs and fixture installation
- Moderate residential electrical work including switches, outlets, lighting, ceiling fans, and troubleshooting
- General home maintenance and repair

Requirements
- 10+ years of residential remodeling or handyman experience
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
- Experience with bathroom remodeling, deck construction or restoration, drywall repair and finishing, finish carpentry, basic plumbing, and basic electrical
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose residential repair issues
- Dependable and professional demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable explaining repairs and solutions to homeowners
- Possess your own professional hand tools
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screening
