Craftsman/Carpenter – Remodeling Experience

TruBlue Home Services is seeking full-time professional craftsman to serve our customers in the San Diego North County area. Our mission is to provide home remodeling and other home maintenance work to the community with the highest level of service possible. We focus on helping all types of homeowners around the city, but also truly have a passion for helping seniors and disabled. Our goal is to allow our clients to live safer and more independent lives with the peace of mind their home is cared for. We focus on seniors, busy families, and any others desiring an exceptional home care service.
Responsibilities
- General Carpentry
- General Home Repairs and Handyman Work
- Tile work
- Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
- Flooring Repair and Installation
- Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel
- Maintenance of minor plumbing and electrical systems
- Painting Interior and Exterior
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with 1 or more years of paid experience in remodeling, general carpentry, or handyman work. Applicants should possess a valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with senior and disabled clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid California Driver’s License
Skills
Essential skills required for this position include:
- Proficiency in general carpentry and home repairs
- Knowledge of tile work, drywall repair, and painting
- Ability to perform minor plumbing and electrical tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
