Mr. Handyman of Olathe, Gardner is seeking an experienced remodeling professional for steady, year-round work.

Responsibilities

• Bathroom remodeling and renovations
• Deck repairs, refurbishing, and rebuilds
• Drywall installation, patching, texturing, and finishing
• Interior and exterior carpentry
• Trim, doors, windows, and cabinetry installation
• Tile installation and repairs
• Painting and finishing work
• Moderate residential plumbing repairs and fixture installation
• Moderate residential electrical work including switches, outlets, lighting, ceiling fans, and troubleshooting
• General home maintenance and repair

Requirements

• 10+ years of residential remodeling or handyman experience
• Experience with bathroom remodeling
• Experience with deck construction or restoration
• Experience with drywall repair and finishing
• Finish carpentry skills
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills
• Problem-solving and diagnosing residential repair issues

Qualifications
