Responsibilities

Bathroom remodeling and renovations
Deck repairs, refurbishing, and rebuilds
Drywall installation, patching, texturing, and finishing
Interior and exterior carpentry
Trim, doors, windows, and cabinetry
Tile installation and repairs
Painting and finishing work
Moderate residential plumbing repairs and fixture installation
Moderate residential electrical work including switches, outlets, lighting, ceiling fans, and troubleshooting
General home maintenance and repair

Requirements

10+ years of residential remodeling or handyman experience
Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards
Experience with:
- Bathroom remodeling
- Deck construction or restoration
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Finish carpentry
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Problem-solving and diagnosing residential repair issues
Dependable and professional demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Comfortable explaining repairs and solutions to homeowners
Possess your own professional hand tools
Maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Pass a background check and drug screening
