Responsibilities
- Master the EO&A and PLACE Systems - Graduate from PLACE Launch and implement EO&A’s lead generation and sales systems to ensure consistent business growth.
- Generate and Convert Leads into Clients - Execute weekly lead generation strategies, including prospecting, follow-ups, and marketing outreach to secure buyer and seller appointments.
- Guide Buyers Through the Home-Buying Process - Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify homes that meet their needs, ensuring a seamless and successful home-buying experience.
- Consult and Market Homes for Sellers - Convert seller consultations into listings and provide expert guidance on pricing, staging, and marketing to maximize home value and sell quickly.
- Negotiate and Close Deals Successfully - Represent buyers and sellers in negotiations, ensuring they receive the best possible terms and a smooth transaction process.
- Stay Accountable and Continue Professional Development - Participate in weekly script practice, team meetings, and one-on-one coaching sessions to sharpen skills and stay ahead in the market.
- Leverage Technology and Marketing for Maximum Impact - Utilize EO&A’s advanced technology and marketing tools to track tasks, manage leads, and execute high-converting buyer and listing presentations.
- Engage in Community and Brand-Building Activities - Conduct multiple open houses per month and actively participate in team initiatives to expand your network and presence in the market.
Qualifications
- A Licensed Real Estate Professional – An active real estate license is required.
- Experienced in Real Estate Sales – 3+ years of transaction experience or strong real estate fundamentals.
- A Skilled Communicator – Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport, consult with clients, and negotiate effectively.
- A Natural Problem Solver – Comfortable overcoming objections and finding creative solutions to help clients buy and sell with confidence.
- Growth-Minded & Coachable – Eager to learn, implement proven strategies, and continuously improve through coaching and training.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – Strong follow-up skills, excellent time management, and the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently.
