Experienced Real Estate Agent
Responsibilities
- Graduate from Agent Launch, 12 week training program
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes to view
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Conduct open houses
- Make out going phone calls, texts and emails to convert leads into clients
- Participate in weekly script practice
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Qualifications
- You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
- You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
- Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
