About the role

Now Open Sam Galloway Ford is looking for an exceptional individual to join our fast-paced, busy Quick Lane service team. We seek someone with a proven track record, quality references, and superior customer satisfaction skills. Service Advisor experience and a desire to be successful are musts. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle
• Review Multi-Point Inspection and accurately translate the technicians recommendations
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
• Update the customers on the status of their vehicles on a daily basis
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Perform active delivery, explain the Multi-Point Inspection and all completed work and charges to the customer
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele

Requirements

• Prior Dealership Experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Strong Computer & Phone Skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
