About the Role

As a Loan Officer at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, you will be trained to listen, build rapport, and analyze the full financial situations of customers to provide the most appropriate financial solutions. Our goal is to meet each client's specific needs through exceptional service and tailored loan products.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with consumers to build rapport and understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Analyze customer financial situations to recommend appropriate loan solutions
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls with a strong sense of urgency
  • Close deals and negotiate terms with passion and persuasiveness
  • Demonstrate excellent follow-up capabilities and communication skills
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility and adaptability
  • Utilize basic computer skills and data entry to manage customer information

Qualifications

  • Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive with strong character and integrity
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to close deals and negotiate effectively
  • Ambitious professional motivated by advancement opportunities
  • Sales experience preferred
  • College degree preferred, but not mandatory
