Responsibilities

  • Train to listen, build rapport, understand and analyze the full financial situations of customers.
  • Provide the most appropriate financial solutions to meet each client's specific needs.
  • Build strong connections with consumers and potential clients.
  • Communicate effectively through both written and verbal means, with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Close deals and negotiate effectively.
  • Identify and understand customer goals and objectives.
  • Handle high volumes of phone calls with ease and adaptability.
  • Multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Utilize basic computer skills and data entry abilities.

Requirements

  • Energetic and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Good character and integrity.
  • College degree preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability and passion for closing deals and negotiating.
  • Comfortable taking inbound calls.
  • Flexible and adaptable, learning and reacting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and data entry abilities.
  • Sales experience preferred.
