Responsibilities
- Train to listen, build rapport, understand and analyze the full financial situations of customers.
- Provide the most appropriate financial solutions to meet each client's specific needs.
- Build strong connections with consumers and potential clients.
- Communicate effectively through both written and verbal means, with excellent follow-up skills.
- Close deals and negotiate effectively.
- Identify and understand customer goals and objectives.
- Handle high volumes of phone calls with ease and adaptability.
- Multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Utilize basic computer skills and data entry abilities.
Requirements
- Energetic and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Good character and integrity.
- College degree preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong ability and passion for closing deals and negotiating.
- Comfortable taking inbound calls.

- Sales experience preferred.
