Responsibilities

  • Listen, build rapport, and analyze the full financial situations of customers to provide appropriate financial solutions.
  • Connect quickly with consumers and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Identify customer goals and objectives efficiently to tailor mortgage solutions.
  • Close deals and negotiate effectively with a passion for sales.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize basic computer skills and data entry to manage customer information.

Qualifications

  • Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including strong follow-up capabilities.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and close deals.
  • Ambitious professional motivated by advancement opportunities.
  • Sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
