Responsibilities
- Train to listen, build rapport, and understand the full financial situations of customers.
- Provide the most appropriate financial solutions to meet each client's specific needs.
- Build strong connections with consumers and potential clients.
- Communicate effectively through both written and verbal means, with excellent follow-up skills.
- Close deals and negotiate effectively.
- Identify and understand customer goals and objectives.
- Handle high volumes of phone calls and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-task and manage a high volume of work efficiently.
- Have a strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done.
- Be comfortable taking inbound calls.
Requirements
- Energetic and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Good character and integrity.
- Comfortable taking inbound calls.
- Strong ability and passion for closing deals and negotiating.
- Possess the ability to quickly identify customer's goals and objectives.

- Flexible and adaptable, learning and reacting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and data entry.
- Sales experience preferred.
- College degree preferred, but not mandatory.
