About the role

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Litigation Paralegal for a full-time role with an interest in advancing their career with artificial intelligence. This opportunity includes full benefits and the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The ideal candidate needs to be open to using technology and artificial intelligence daily.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage lawyers' calendars
• Gather evidence and create preliminary drafts of documents such as discovery, subpoenas, notices of deposition, etc.
• Prepare and submit court documents electronically in state and federal court
• Analyze applicable law and conduct legal research
• Document review
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and offering support during hearings

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recent litigation experience in state and federal court
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Certified paralegal or demonstrated expertise in the role
• Skilled in calendaring, discovery, online court filings, legal research, and trial preparation

Pay

$70,000 - $90,000 yearly
