About the role
The Litigation Paralegal will play an integral role in representing individuals and businesses with a nationwide client base. Daily work includes litigation and business support.
Responsibilities
- Solve problems and learn new areas of law
- Provide trial preparation and discovery experience
- Draft litigation documents with precision
- Operate with professional judgment that earns the trust of attorneys and clients
- Leverage AI-powered tools for tasks such as document review, legal research, discovery, drafting, and case organization
- Exercise critical judgment to verify outputs, safeguard client confidentiality, and uphold ethical and professional standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department setting
- Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, interrogatories, and other litigation documents
- Strong legal research, drafting, and writing skills
- Advanced organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple active matters, track deadlines, take ownership of work product, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with, or demonstrated aptitude for, AI-powered legal technology tools, with sound judgment about when and how to use them responsibly
