About the role
Responsible for maintaining guest rooms and common areas in a clean and inviting condition.
Responsibilities
- Clean and organize guest rooms daily
- Maintain common areas such as lobbies and hallways
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and restocked
- Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional)
Skills
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
