About the role
Responsible for maintaining guest rooms in a clean and comfortable condition.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guest rooms.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including bed making, bathroom cleaning, and room tidying.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Inventory supplies and report shortages to management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
