Guest Room Attendant/Housekeeper

About the role

Responsible for maintaining guest rooms and common areas in a clean and organized manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including bed making, bathroom cleaning, and room tidying.
• Ensure all guest amenities are stocked and functioning properly.
• Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to hotel policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
