About the role
Responsible for maintaining guest rooms in a clean and organized manner.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including bed making, bathroom cleaning, and room tidying
- Ensure all guest amenities are stocked and functioning properly
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to hotel policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for some positions)
