Responsible for providing exceptional guest service in the hotel’s guest rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Ensure all guest amenities are stocked and functioning properly.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
