Experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float

New Communities is an award-winning organization committed to creating supportive communities and delivering innovative services for seniors and people with disabilities. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a positive role model and encouraging independence
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
• Administering medications as needed
• S supporting clients in community and recreational activities
• Using company vehicles to transport clients to outings

Requirements

• A high school diploma/GED
• 18 years of age or over
• Active driver's license
• DSP certification and 24-hour CRMA certification required
• 1 year of DSP experience preferred

Pay

The pay range for this full-time position is $18.25-$18.50/hour based on certifications.

Schedule

This position guarantees 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule between 7a.m to 9 p.m. As a Float DSP, you’ll work across eight different programs within 30 minutes of Madison, filling shifts based on program needs.
