About the role
Experienced CNA Instructor Needed-Must have train the Trainer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for certified nursing assistants (CNAs).
- Evaluate and provide feedback on CNAs' performance during training sessions.
- Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and relevant to current industry standards.
- Collaborate with other instructors and administrators to maintain high-quality training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Proven ability to teach and mentor others.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid certifications.
- Experience working in healthcare settings.
Skills
- Excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
- Ability to adapt training programs to meet individual needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
