About the role
A CNA Instructor is needed to teach and train new Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for CNAs.
- Evaluate the performance of CNAs during training sessions.
- Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Valid State Certification as a CNA.
- Experience teaching and training healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic computer literacy.
