Experienced Business Transactional Attorney – San Francisco or Oakland
About the role
Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP is seeking a corporate/business transactional attorney with at least eight years’ experience in business and corporate transactions, including limited liability company and partnership formation; negotiation and drafting of buy-sell agreements; entity conversions; and asset purchase agreements. Experience drafting and negotiating real estate transactional documents such as leases, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, and easement agreements is a plus, but not required.

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $207,000 – $225,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
