Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina
- Proven ability to develop and retain clients
- Portable book of business (or track record of originating business) of $200,000 or more annually
- Collaborative, growth‑minded approach to practice development

Pay
Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 depending on portable client base and experience.
