About the role

A highly respected regional law firm with a longstanding presence throughout New England is actively seeking attorneys across multiple transactional and business practice areas. With approximately 150 attorneys across seven offices, the firm is known for handling sophisticated legal matters while maintaining a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that offers meaningful client contact, mentorship, and long-term career development.

Responsibilities

  • Transactional & Business Law Attorney Opportunities
  • Corporate / M&A Attorneys (3+ Years)
  • Commercial Real Estate Attorneys (5+ Years)
  • Real Estate Finance & Lending Attorneys (5+ Years)
  • Debt Finance Attorneys (4+ Years)
  • Land Use & Development Attorneys (2+ Years)

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
  • Prior law firm experience preferred
  • Portable business is welcomed but not required for most opportunities

$150,000 - $225,000 per year
