Transactional Attorney – Real Estate & Business Law

About The Role

We are seeking a Transactional Attorney with 2+ years of experience in Business Law and/or Real Estate Law to join our growing legal team in San Antonio, TX. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated corporate, commercial real estate, and energy transactions while advising clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, purchase agreements, leases, operating agreements, and other transactional documents.
• Handle corporate, real estate, and commercial transactions from inception through closing.
• Conduct due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, financing, and real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, entity formation, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Review title documents, zoning issues, and other real estate matters.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel to successfully close transactions.
• Manage multiple transactions while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications Required

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• 2+ years of transactional legal experience.
• Experience with Business Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Real Estate, or related transactional matters.
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
