Experienced Automotive F&I Manager

About the role

At Chevyland Chevrolet, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager to join our leadership team. This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for a proven producer with a successful track record in a high-volume, high-expectation dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Structure deals and work with lenders to maximize product opportunities
• Maintain compliance and protect Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
• Maximize deal flow and opportunity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders
• Identify and resolve funding issues promptly
• Manage organized Contract-in-Transit (CIT) and contract files
• Deliver clean, accurate paperwork
• Ensure compliance standards are met
• Protect the customer experience
• Work effectively with sales managers and consultants
• Operate under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Qualifications

• Proven automotive dealership F&I experience
• Success in a high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of indirect automotive lending
• Experience working with multiple lenders and programs
• Effective menu presentation and closing skills
• Excellent organizational and deal-management skills
• Working knowledge of automotive F&I compliance requirements
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass required background and employment screenings
• Prior Chevrolet/GM experience is valuable but not required
• Proven performance matters more than previous dealership logos
