Automotive Experienced F&I Manager

Sheehy Lexus of Richmond has an opening for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager. Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell finance products, and close deals
• Generate finance income on all sold customers
• Check and verify paperwork for cash, finance, or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by lenders
• Solicit extended warranty sales
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.

Requirements

• Three years or more of Automotive Finance experience
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

Earning potential of $125,000 – $175,000++
