About the role
We are looking for 2 experienced and dynamic Sales Consultants to join our team and drive success!
Responsibilities
- Internet & Phone Leads Direct to the Sales Floor: No BDC involvement.
- You get immediate access to all incoming leads.
- Inventory Galore: Don’t worry about being short on inventory! We have plenty across 7 Chevy stores.
- Supportive Leadership: Our managers go above and beyond to coach, teach, and close deals. You’ll never hear “I’m too busy” – we jump in to help!
- Top Sales Pay: We offer the highest pay plan in the area.
- Sales Consultant Demos: Only dealership in the area offering this perk!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
