Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full automotive sales process from initial customer interaction through vehicle delivery
- Provide a professional, consultative sales experience, understanding customer needs and guiding decisions
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic in a timely and consistent manner
- Maintain and track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions within CRM systems
- Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics in a commission-based environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or commission-based environments preferred
- Backgrounds in retail sales, inside sales, hospitality, or other high-interaction roles translate well
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting with performance expectations
- Self-motivated with a focus on income growth, consistency, and long-term career development
