Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full automotive sales process from initial customer interaction through vehicle delivery
  • Provide a professional, consultative sales experience, understanding customer needs and guiding decisions
  • Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic in a timely and consistent manner
  • Maintain and track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions within CRM systems
  • Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics in a commission-based environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or commission-based environments preferred
  • Backgrounds in retail sales, inside sales, hospitality, or other high-interaction roles translate well
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting with performance expectations
  • Self-motivated with a focus on income growth, consistency, and long-term career development
