Responsibilities
- Building relationships and understanding each customer's vehicle needs
- Demonstrating new and pre-owned vehicles and highlighting key features and benefits
- Explaining vehicle features, warranties, and completing necessary paperwork
- Ensuring a smooth and professional vehicle delivery experience
- (Bonus) If you're bilingual in Spanish, you'll be able to serve a broader range of customers and enhance the dealership experience
Qualifications
- A positive, motivated attitude and a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A customer-first mindset and genuine enjoyment in helping others
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools and dealership software (training provided)
