About the role

Antwerpen Chevrolet is seeking motivated and energetic candidates to join our team as Automotive Sales Representatives. Our Sales Representatives play a pivotal role in our customer's journey to finding their next vehicle. The ideal candidate is driven to succeed and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

Communicate clearly with customers
Build enriching relationships with customers to enhance their satisfaction and drive the sales process
Establish trust with our customers in order to build a strong network of clientele and prospects
Set a clear vision and goal for your sales performance
Play an active role in day-to-day operations to drive business growth
Maintain awareness of available vehicle options
Conduct test drives with customers
Provide detailed product demonstrations
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences

Requirements

Proficient with computers and technology (Outlook, Word, Social Media)
Honest, driven, and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and a Motor Vehicle Record check
Prior experience in a customer-facing role (required)

Experience

For this role, we are looking exclusively for candidates with previous experience in a customer-facing role. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus.
