The role offers a 5‑day work week, competitive hourly pay ranging from $18/hr to $24/hr based on experience and certifications, plus bi‑weekly technician commissions of $400–$1400 tied to store‑level automotive repair net sales. Technicians can also earn one‑time $500 bonuses for certifications earned while employed, with total annual compensation potentially exceeding $100,000.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair customer vehicles to strengthen relationships and uphold the shop’s reputation for fast, friendly service.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, explain repair options clearly, and perform agreed‑upon repairs.
• Provide regular maintenance services that keep vehicles in top condition.
• Deliver legendary customer service, making customers feel valued and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Current AATI or ASE certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Brake work experience.
• Own set of tools.
