Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance services to keep vehicles in top condition.
• Diagnose and resolve a range of mechanical issues accurately.
• Clearly explain vehicle problems and repair options to customers.
• Maintain ACE’s reputation for fast, friendly, and professional service.
• Build strong customer relationships through competence, integrity, and legendary customer service.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Current AATI or ASE certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Brake work experience.
• Own tools.
• Honest, reliable, and service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and troubleshoot issues.
• Skill in explaining technical information in layman’s terms.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate (not flat rate) ranging from $18/hr. to $24/hr., depending on experience and certifications. Technician commissions range from $400 to $1400 every two weeks, based on store-level Automotive Repair Net Sales. Combined hourly and commission earnings can exceed $100,000 annually. One-time bonuses of $500 are awarded for certifications earned while employed.
